I always enjoy a trip to the Panhandle Butterfly House in Navarre, Florida and this was their last weekend to enjoy the Monarch butterflies up close and personal.
Is it just me, or do Monarchs sport a mohawk? Click on the photo above to check it out for yourself.
Ahhh...just two buddies, hanging out and having a nip of nectar together.
Be sure to drop by the Butterfly House when they open back up in the spring to see the butterflies and dozens of beautiful plants in bloom.
My mother and her next door neighbors (and good friends) enjoyed the tour just before we headed on to Sailor's Grill for a couple of Sticky Buns and then to check out the Navarre Beach Fall Festival of the Arts.
