Sunday at Pensacola Pass

It is great to see boats, fishermen, and lots of sea and shorebirds at the western tip of the island at Ft. Pickens and Pensacola Pass again.

I saw an adorable little chick this morning which I believe is a Plover. I have seen them frequently the past couple of weeks, but they are difficult to capture with my camera.


This one was a tad less shy, though it headed directly for mama.
