Ahhhhh ... the parking lots are empty outside the core area, the kids are back in school, and I'm living in paradise! I never realized how pretty -- and tranquil -- a parking lot could be.

I know you already mentioned it in a prior post... but 'When the coast is clear' jumps to mind. Such a favorite time of year on PB for me too.
Funny you mention that because I WAS going to use it again. After taking the photo I kept singing "When the coast is clear", but in my mind the lyrics were "The parking lots are empty, the kids are back in school..." HA! Oh well.
