Sunday at Pensacola Pass

It is great to see boats, fishermen, and lots of sea and shorebirds at the western tip of the island at Ft. Pickens and Pensacola Pass again.

I LOVE this video. All those birds happily sharing the shore. We humans could take a lesson from this.

I agree, a welcome sight for sore eyes and they look incredibly healthy. I'm so glad.

Hi, D.J! I found your blog through a friend's blog. I didn't make it to the beach this year and so this video of the lovely sounds & sights of the beach were so refreshing. Thank you for sharing.

DJ -
Have been lurking on your blog for many months. We live in Dallas and bought a place in Portofino last fall. Can't visit there near enough, but your pictures, videos and accounts are treasured... the next best thing to being there! Thank you for your time spent and love for the important things!

So glad that you all have enjoyed this video clip. It's so much fun for me to share the enjoyment I get from my sea turtle patrols and the beauty of the mornings in Gulf Islands National Seashore.

Oh my goodness, DJ. I just dropped by, as usual, because this IS my favorite blog site, and this is my brother and his family on their boat! Thanks!

Hey Cheryl! How cool is that! I I was thinking it was too bad the family in the boat would never see this little video clip. I'm so happy they'll have this on my blog or YouTube to remember it by!
