About the only ones who enjoyed this rainy weather today were the fish and the kitesurfers.
As I returned from checking a nest this afternoon, I noticed three or four kitesurfers on the east end of Pensacola Beach, enjoying the waves.
This is obviously not a sport you can take up without a lot of conditioning and upper body strength.
I was so happy when the rain eased to a sprinkle just long enough for me to take a few shots.
Amazing!

Hi DJ... Oh Oh Oh If I was younger and had better knees I would love to try this sport. Can you capture a photo of the guys who cruise the beach with a parachute and a fan attatched to their backs. I have seen them do tandems. Let's go and take pictures>>>>
I am going midnight sailing on Lake Lanier tonight. It is so cool.
