Look at this little fellow, his tiny pink tongue and wedge cut! Isn't he adorable? Shih Tzu's are generally very loving and have a sweet disposition.
Dogs aren't allowed in the park, but generally it's not a problem if they are in a stroller like this little fellow. He really seemed to be enjoying Jazzfest this afternoon -- or perhaps it was just all the attention he was getting.
