I woke up to 19 e-mails this morning and discovered 18 were My-Cast tornado and storm watches for the Pensacola area! Actually I have my own severe thunderstorm alert. It's a little pee pup trying to bury under the covers beside me.
You can see the beach renourishment project is taking place below me now. Weeks Marine has been working 24/7 with the help of huge flood lights, but were chased away last night due to lightning. Try to visualize these two photos side-by-side and you will get a idea of the view from my balcony.
