Sammy the Seal looks out at the Gulf every day, watching children build sandcastles, surfers catching waves, and pods of dolphin playing along the coastline.
I have a feeling he's also keeping an eye on Mother Nature, just in case he needs to remind her we don't need any more storms for a good, long time.
