- My name is D.J. A few years ago I moved to one of the most beautiful places in the world--Pensacola Beach, Florida. I love exploring the beach, documenting its changes with my photos, volunteering to help our sea turtles, attending concerts on the beach in the summer, and participating in many of the events we have throughout the year. I also enjoy sharing my photographs with you so that you can appreciate the beauty of our very special island.

i like all these pictures on your blog. I live in NJ, so you dont always see things that are so picturesque. seems like you chose a beautiful place to live, and even though life becomes a nightmare once the hurricane season comes around, well...everything has its price doesnt it? anyway stay safe!
I LOVE these flowers. Before I moved from my house in April I had tons of these beautiful green "bushes" with the little purple flowers and they spread like wildfire AND come back every year. you gotta love a hearty and beautiful plant.
I brought my yellow mandeville's with me and I adore them.
