Carpe Diem

"'Carpe Diem' does not mean 'fish of the day'."

-- Unknown

I love being back home on Pensacola Beach. Both this little fisherman and I were trying to 'seize the day' and, if you note his rod, I think we both succeeded.

He got his fish and I got my shot.

Ahhhhhh...it's good to be home.

Wonderful DJ,

I'm so glad you're back home. You being away from Pensacola was like me being away.

Hope all is well with your parents.

I was going to note that it appeared that your little fishing friend had indeed "seized" the day.
That's a really great pic.
Welcome back!

and.............I meant to say WOW!, we really tend to take for granted how lucky we are to be able to view this beauty on a daily basis. It's so gorgeous and I will make a definite effort to stop and smell the roses..... or at least view the views more often.
