This was taken today near Park East around 9:30 a.m. and the water was simply incredible. There were some spots occasionally like you described in Navarre Beach where the green algae was washing ashore. We also saw a lot of rays and dolphin, too.
Greetings from Canada - Winnipeg actually. It's breaking my heart to watch what is happening to one of the most beautiful places in the world. On my annual drive from Winnipeg to Clearwater I always make a point of enjoying the beauty of the breathtaking Santa Rosa/Pensacola Beach area and I can only send my hope that this nightmare will end soon. DJ - I've been enjoying your pictures and running dialogue for a little while now and I really want to thank you. It feels great to have a little Florida with me, even here,in the north country!
