Oh, to be an artist. I'd build sandcastles, or King Neptunes, all day long. Although the next Fiesta Sand Sculpture contest is at least 8 months away, I look forward to attending next year. In the meantime, I enjoy stumbling across a rare treat like this, even though poor ol' King Neptune is past his prime.
